Columbia Road Flower Market Guided Walking Tour and Bouquet Workshop

The flower workshop was a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning. Our guide was very passionate about flowers, knowledgeable about the Columbia Road market and super helpful. We went to her studio and learnt the basics of putting together a bouquet using the spiral technique. She had purchased lots of flowers for us to use and we were able to make lovely large bouquets. She even sent us off with some of the leftover flowers. I also bought a lot of plants at the market too, so it was a struggle getting home. Take extra bags! I thoroughly recommend as an activity to do with a mother/daughter or with a friend. You will leave with at least one bouquet if not other purchases so make sure you are planning to go home fairly soon afterwards!
